NT: Apology a tribute to strength of courage of Aborigines: MP
Labor MP WARREN SNOWDON says most Aboriginal families in the Northern Territory have
ties to the stolen generations .. and today's apology pays tribute to their courage and
strength.
But Mr SNOWDON .. member for the outback seat of Lingiari .. says it's taken far too long.
He says the 11 years of silence since the release of the Bringing Them Home report
has been a sorry business.
