It's about economics.(News)

The incident at Free State University, where black women workers were abused, and the recent incident in George, where two brothers allegedly dragged a coloured farm worker by his hair and drove over his leg, is a clear indication that race cannot be delinked from class and gender.

The problem of racism in South Africa is closely linked to the problem of a class-based society, where there is an existence of various economic classes being dominated by the capitalist class - in our instance, the majority of people belong to the working class and the poor, being black.
