Voters in the Brittonkill Central School District Thursday accepted two proposals authorizing the school board to spend $3.9 million to upgrade buildings.
The first proposal, $2.84 million worth of "emergency repairs" to district buildings, was passed by a 442-237 vote. The second proposal, $1.06 million of "essential repairs," was approved by a 398-266 vote.
