MANKATO, Minn. - Andrew Glover says the NFC Championship loss toAtlanta in January has given the Minnesota Vikings their mantra forthe season.
"Well, I'm always hungry. I don't know if it made me hungrier,"the tight end said Sunday as he reported to training camp with histeammates. "But I'm smarter about what needs to be done. When we'rein a position to put people away, then we have to finish the job. Ithink that's going to be the theme for this year: 'Finish the job.'"
Finish the job.
Something they failed to do after a 15-1 regular season in 1998when they lost to the upstart Atlanta Falcons in their only loss atthe Metrodome last season.
